Short Walks

Shorter walks for those who want to get out and enjoy the
stunning Pembrokeshire countryside.
Short circular walk round the stunning lily ponds. The lilies are best in June and July but the pond and surrounding area is teaming with wildlife all year round. The walk takes you past Broadhaven Beach Bosherston which is great for a picnic!
From this picturesque, working wollen mill you can walk down a pretty valley footpath to a secluded pebble beach. Then left across the beach and up onto the footpath with stunning views! Back down the road for coffee and cake and a look at the water mill in action.
Stunning, at times a little steep, 3 mile loop. Leaving from Pwllgwaelod car park, along the coast path and round through church ruins at Cwm yr Eglwys. Then a well deserved pint at The Old Sailor!
Canaston Woods is a mixture of grassy, tarmacked and muddy paths which makes for very enjoyable walking! Some sections are steep but nothing too strenuous! 4.8 miles in total starting and finishing at Canaston Bridge.
An easy walking 3.5 mile circular walk starting in Goodwick taking in views of Goodwick and Lower Fishguard harbour along the way. The section along Goodwick Parog is suitable for pushchairs.
Featuring in The Guardian's top 10 walks in the UK this stunning 1.5 mile walk takes in estuary views, stunning woodlands and spectacular sand flats. A fantastic walk for bird watching!
A stunning half hour walk along the coastpath from Manobier brings you to the stunning Presipe Beach, the steep steps down mean you are likely to have the whole beach to yourself! When back at Manobier The Castle Inn is the perfect place for a relaxing drink.
Starting at Porthclais Harbour this 1.5 miles coast path walk has harbour views and gorgeous landscapes and often horses! Porthlisky Cove is a stunning remote beach to take in the scenery.
4 mile walk starting at the stunning Whitesands Beach and taking in a burial chamber, chapel site and breathtaking scenery from the peak of Carn Llidl.
In the National Trusts top 10 walks in the UK! Spectacular 4 mile circular walk from Porthgain Harbour, through the ruins of its industrial past, along the top of a stunning beach, past Blue Lagoon in Abereiddi and back through fields. One of our favourites!
A 1.5 mile walk along the coastpath from Saundersfoot brings you to Monkstone beach, with views across to Tenby. Stunning stretch of coast path which is steep and uneven in places, so not great for small children.
